Not to forget the clients who are extremely busy and find it difficult making time for themselves.
What does Virtual Facial Reflexology involve?
You will be sent a link via email to join a video call (on Zoom).
If you are a new client, I’ll be contacting you prior to the session just to gain some information regarding your general health and wellbeing. This will enable me to decide in advance which reflexes need to be focused on so that each session is tailor made for the client.
Once you are comfortable I will begin the practical element of the session and you’ll follow my techniques and mirror these on your own face, I will be able to see you and can check your pressure and technique every step of the way as I guide you through a short Facial Reflexology sequence. It will also include relaxing and stretching movements.
